Beretta 694 problems
Aug 16, 2022 · Trap guns generally have tapered ribs to get the gun shooting high. The 694 has a bit of a taper. They also usually have Montecarlo combs to get your head up higher. The 694 has that too. Final fit, final pattern distribution, etc. is up to you by adjusting the comb and patterning the gun. The biggest problem for the 692 is that it always gets compared to a 694 which of course, it is not...it's a 692... as is clearly marked. Shoot the 692 in isolation, on it's own merits and without the "but it's not a 694" and you'll realise just how good it is.

It has been hard to justify $4K for this shotgun. This will be a large expenditure for me. I look at Browning 725 Sporting with adjustable combs or 725 PRO Sports for less.
