Cause overcharge starts at 75% and ramps up to 200 and are the percentages multiplied or added somehow . To elaborate on this further, this also means they don't work with stuff like Oppression. Overcharge will activate on the gen you kicked, but not the extra 3 that explode from Oppression. Pain Resonance also won't apply it since you don't actually kick anything.
