I have replaced the bank 1 (passenger side) sensor. It's at the back of the motor next to the fire wall. I think it is cose P340. The hardest part is unclipping the harness and working in a tight spot. Once the clip is off, remove the 10mm bolt and remove and replace. It's easy.
