I got the configuration mod in the news, messed with some settings, and now it works just fine. I unchecked Enable Intro Video and Enable God Rays.
Using NMM to install a few mods, launching game, click on NEW GAME and it just loads infinitely. Experienced modding since TES3, and can tell it's not a mod issue (using NMM, 33 mods - I like to keep things vanilla with some QoL stuff). In your Data folder, try deleting everything that starts with "cc", (e.g. ccBGSFO4001-PipBoy (Black) - Main) may it be BA2 archives or ESP/ESL plugins, that's the creation club content files.Go too the fallout 4 folder and click over to the applications tab on the top. highlight it and click on the "run as administrator". Now right click (now available) run as administrator on the launcher (Fallout4Launcher). Bam! your INI folder has just been created and saved. Small screen before because it was not saved/ created. ….
