Yesterday I checked the oil level on the dipstick and it was on the second circle from the bottom of the dipstick (I got a oil change 2 weeks ago from the dealership and notice the oil is dark), so I added 2 quarts of oil.Then try selecting recirc. Next try selecting a different vent (feet, face, defrost). The idea is to identify which control causes the noise to start. That indicates which of the 3 or 4 actuators need replacing.
