If you have to take a close-up picture and then invert it and stare really hard, it's negative. There is always a faint colourless line visible on a FRER if you look closely. That is the indent line where dye sits if there is a positive.

So sorry this is happening to you. I got a vvvvfl this morning but putting it down to an indent even though my tests have been negative for the past few days. With my other 2 tests a white line came up straight away and then it turned pink but then disappeared, I guess just where the dye was pooling.
