Yesterday was our first day of the fall 2017 semester, and we at the Plymouth Language Program could not be more thrilled with the turnout! Please, help...The University of Kansas is one of only 37 U.S. universities with a full offering of Army, Air Force, and Naval ROTC programs. These programs are integrated into the mainstream of campus activities. All ROTC programs offer scholarships that pay tuition and fees, furnish books and uniforms, and provide a monthly living allowance.The competition is held annually but was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, with pandemic mitigation measures in place, KU hosted the competition once more for 254 Army ROTC cadets. Each school could field men’s, women’s and co-ed teams, each team consisting of two cadets.Our ROTC program has a yearly mission to commission nurses into active duty, National Guard, and the Army Reserves.
