Basically normal dragons require 2 tiers of dragonfire protection, and Vorkath requires 3. Anti-shield or similar = 1 tier. Mage pray = 1 tier. Antifire = 1 tier. Super-antifire = 2 tiers. So you need any combination of the above to get 3 tiers of dragonfire protection.
