You have to be max level (70, per dragonflight) and there’s a recommended ilvl of the average normal dungeon drops at lvl 70 (as of season 1 – 340-350). At higher m+ levels, the recommended ilvl goes up. Skill is more important than ilvl. 364 is super low because gear around 380 was obtainable even before the season started, but M+ is going to be how you gear up anyhow. And for all the delusional Mythic+ Supremacists, as long as the balancing is so fucking horrible you should never and god willing will never make it the main PVE activity in this game.
