The fact that Texas apps (TMDSAS) open again in 2.5 weeks..... I hate everything !!!!!My guess only (I may be wrong): Today's the first day AdComs can see PTE and CTE of their A's and WL's. I doubt that a majority of schools will immediately start WL movement.
